This position will define and document appropriate procedures for effective management and reporting of budgets, forecasts, trends, actual costs, Earned Value Concepts, and performance management of assigned projects. This position will ensure compliance to the Division’s quality and safety goals and objectives. The preferred candidate will possess: BA, BS or MS graduate, but may include individuals with equivalent experience. Five years experience working in project controls and/or cost engineering. Three years experience supervising project controls, cost engineering activities, business systems maintenance, and/or contract administration, planning/scheduling. Three years working in a telecommunications environment preferred. Microsoft Office tools required, advanced Excel Skills.
