Project Coordinator

Position Description:

 

Leading Telecommunications Company has an immediate opening for a full time Entry Level Project Coordinator.  Training will be provided and no experience is needed.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Work directly with customers and other vendors to coordinate all aspects of a voice and/or data network installation.

· Ensure schedules are created and tracked, deadlines are met and expected results are delivered.

· On-site meetings with customers, voice and data system design, telco coordination, end-user training and product deployment.

· Ensure a smooth transition of systems and follow-up.

· Works with technical staff and reports to management.

 

Summary of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

 

· Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple mid-sized projects to completion.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

· Must be a team player and also able to work independently.

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

 

Requirements:Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must be available for after hours for deployment at customer sites.
