Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing product launch requirements for our AT&T products. Serves as the technical lead to the customer and will assemble and maintain customer requirements. Coordinates field testing with R&D and STA Product Realization teams to ensure a successful product delivery. Responsibilities also include the establishment of effective working relationships with STA engineering groups, sales, and field testing personnel in order to drive product development and the launch schedule.

*Serves as the company’s liaison to the customer for product launch requirements.
*Act as a technical lead to the customer.
*Assembles and maintains customer requirements.
*Coordinates joint meetings with SEC, STA, R&D, Sales, and Field Test to ensure timely product development and launch schedule.
*Determines in conjunction with STA development representatives the proper course of action based on customer input.
*Manages the communication with SEC and to the customer regarding product launch requirements.
*Collects and compiles input as necessary to manage Product Development/Launch requirements.
*Coordinates field testing with R&D and STA Product Realization teams.
*Maintains the Project Tracking.
*Focal Point for Project status.
*Communicate status to Product Planning and Export team, collect and compile input as necessary
*Provide technical analysis and support to the customers.
*Coordinate NPI meetings with SEC, STA, Sales, Marketing and Field Test to drive product launch schedule and update project/product issues.
* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
* Plan, organize and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects.
* Read and interpret detailed and complex customer requirements.
* Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels, especially in sales and marketing, logistical or financial areas of clients, prospects, and STA.
* Work independently and in a team environment, in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
* Be responsible for any Quality issue during the life of the product


*Bachelors Degree, from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in the telecommunications industry.
*Should have a minimum of 5-8 years experience in a project development or wireless telecommunications position requiring direct project development experience and long-term customer contact and relationship building.
*Experience in a marketing or sales product management or development department or functional company group developing, compiling, and presenting information on products and services.
*Experience researching and resolving customer technical complaints and issues.
*Previous experience with GSM/3G Terminal or Network Field.
