Currently, the Enterprise Business Group has an opportunity for a Project Manager Customer Sr. positions to join our Enterprise Business team.The successful candidate will be responsible for  the following: Ensuring the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. Providing on-site day-to-day activities between client and company personnel. Ensuring customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and deliverables. Typically uses more project management skills than technical skills. Services may be provided on a fee-for-service basis or be included as part of the purchase price for company products. Usually involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients. Planning and directing schedules and may monitor budget/spending.  Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred 5+ Years of Program; Project Managing Mid-Large Complex IP Transformation Projects preferred Fluent English Strong written and oral skills Ability to communicate with impact and influence both inward (within the company) and outward (to Enterprise customers and 3rd parties). Ability to present to small, medium, and large audiences. Knowledge in MS Project and MS Power Point Self-Motivated and Innovative Post-graduated qualification in Networks & Telecommunications At least 5 years of experience in Telecoms & Networks Solutions Proficient in PBX platforms and associated applications suites Familiar with converged environments Strong interpersonal, leadership and mentoring skills Travel +/- 20% in the continental US with some international travel.
