Project Manager for Call Center Conversions

Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for a Project Manager with strong experience in call center software and operations. This is an hourly contract expected to last at least 18 months. If selected, the candidate will need to pass drug and background screens. This position is available in Hoffman Estates IL, San Ramon CA, or Arlington TX.

Position Description:
The Project Manager works with the Senior Project Manager to develop requirements for the conversion from legacy to VOIP call center operations. This position is customer facing and requires experience in all aspects of project management including determining requirements, organizing, scheduling, & tracking through on time delivery. Our Project Managers interface with the client organization to document & review requirements for Skills Base Routing, Call Flow, & infrastructure. The required project management skills has an emphasis on gathering & writing requirements in addition to organizing, scheduling & tracking on time delivery. 
 
This position identifies and writes the call routing requirements to convert the offices currently on legacy call routing infrastructure to the new VOIP infrastructure. In addition, this position writes the call routing requirements to convert the offices to Skills Based Routing.
