Promotions Specialist II (Cox Media) US-FL-Gainesville/Jacksonville/Ocala Description:Lead and manage network promotions, as well as local and corporate-sponsored sales promotions, including delivery of promotion materials, managing sponsor involvement, creative production, budgeting and sales reporting. Plan and implement all on-location sponsored events, including scheduling, event set-up, logistics management, client communications and signage. Create and/or negotiate promotional materials, including printing and distribution of POP and collateral materials, premium items and network resources. Establish and maintain relationships with network affiliate representatives and primary vendors. Create and manage a promotional calendar of network events, corporate promotions, movie screenings and client promotions. Monitor promotional revenue on a monthly basis. Create and administer value-added promotions, designed to maximize promotional value and exposure for our advertising clients. Prepare sales presentation packages and sales materials. Analyze network and cable industry information to justify a clients investment, while making the presentation attractive. Establish and maintain network, promotion and research information. Create and maintain printed material and sales materials. Ability to be conceptually creative and a resourceful problem solver. Proven communications skills in dealing with vendors, programmers, advertising agencies, customers (internal and external) and potential customers. Strong organization and interpersonal skills. PC literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PhotoShop) Work requires visual acuity in order to prepare and analyze data at a distance close to the eyes. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
