Provisioner

Rapidly expanding telecommunications company is currently recruiting a Provisioner for its DT Seattle office.

 

Duties for this position are as follows:Process and manage customer orders for various voice and data productsTrack new orders through each stage of provisioning cycleProvision accounts completely and accuratelyCoordinate installation dates with customers and vendorsManage relationships with vendorsProvide superior customer service

 

Special projects as required. Ideal candidates will possess the following experience and skills:Experience in telecommunications a must.  Prefer 2 or more years experience.Experience working with WA Telco’s a plusGeneral understanding of long distance, local dial tone, and/or data service requiredFamiliarity provisioning cycles a plusExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detail is critical for this position Strong written and oral communication skillsProven skills in providing excellent customer service Self-starter requiring minimal supervisionExcellent problem solving skillsProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet

 

Education:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college is preferred.
