Public Sector Marketing Programs Mgr

 

 

LOCATION:  Herndon, VA

The Public Sector Marketing Programs Manager will report to the Public Sector Field Marketing organization. 


DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Create, develop and deliver results-driven marketing campaigns/thought leadership activities as a part of broader integrated marketing programs.  Requires knowledge of all marketing disciplines such as but not limited to Branding, Web Content, Email, PR, Event Marketing and Direct Mail. 

• Work across functional teams to develop and execute on marketing plans, to include demand generation campaigns, webinars, custom events, call campaigns, advertising, PR, etc.

• Manage external marketing resources to assist in coordination and production of all aspects of campaigns, programs and events.

• Monitor tracking, delivery and program performance on an ongoing basis.

• Think “out of the box” on new ways to gain awareness and create demand for Juniper Networks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of marketing (or relevant) experience
• 3-5 years public sector experience preferred
• Strong product/technology/industry knowledge
• Self-motivated, innovative, and creative
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible personality willing to take on new challenges
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to interact and work with cross-functional teams

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
