45,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Logistics/Transportation Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Some College Coursework Completed Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Contact: Michael Moore Email: Apply by Email Phone: 610-660-8020 Website: www.synerfac.com Purchasing Agent Our client located in the Wynnewood/Ardmore section of PA is looking for a high energy, experienced, organized and customer focused individual to join its growing team and operate in their extremely dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience withe ach of the following:  • Initiate, develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with material vendors and labor subcontractors. • Obtain pricing that meets company objectives at the lowest possible cost. • Negotiate pricing, freight, and terms. • Monitor vendor performance. • Identify alternate sources for material and labor. • Review purchase requisitions from Operations and Project Management; create and submit purchase orders. • Review, approve, and code invoices for data entry. • Assist in resolving inventory variances. • Maintain Purchase Order system and Approved Vendor list. • Identify problems and propose solutions. Qualifications:• Minimum two years experience in Purchasing, Operations, or Warehouse using computerized purchasing and inventory systems. • Telecommunications industry experience required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent written and verbal skills. • Self-directed team player. • Detailed and organized.
