RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

DUTIES:

Responisble for answering phones at the front desk and greeting guests.

Assistant to the President.  Assist with special projects and travel arrangements, etc.

Assist different departments with filing and travel.

Order supplies for the company.

Distribute and send out mailings.  Handle incoming faxes.

Must be well-spoken, very flexible and a team-player.  Professional attire necessary.

This position is very diverse so the ability to multi-task is also a MUST.

Must be computer - proficient.
