Job Description:

Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking applicants for the position of Receptionist at our Corporate Headquarters in Cedar Knolls.  The selected candidate will manage the Company front desk and provide administrative support as needed for our Executive Team.  Responsibilities will include:Answering incoming telephone callsWelcoming on-site visitorsProcessing incoming and outgoing mail.Maintaining office suppliesMaking travel arrangements for Executives, as required.Providing administrative support to the Executive Team as needed

Qualification Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:Possess a High School Diploma or equivalentHave 1+ years office or administrative experienceBe computer literate and proficient in all MS Office applicationsPossess strong interpersonal skills; be able to respond quickly to caller, visitor or staff needsPossess outstanding telephone manners and a customer-service orientationBe self-directed and possess excellent time-management and organizational skills.Have superior multi-tasking abilitiesBe able to work independently with minimum supervisionBe reliable, dependable and enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic setting
