Senior Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities: As a Senior Corporate Recruiter you will be primarily responsible for recruiting high performing Corporate Operations Candidates, additionally having the flexibility to recruit for Finance, Engineering (Process, Quality, Industrial), Communications and other business groups as needed. You will oversee the recruitment process to ensure the hiring managers are interviewing and assessing A-level candidates. Your main responsibility is to contribute towards building T- Mobile Talent Acquisition into a Center of Excellence by partnering with client groups and other stakeholders to provide consultative and recruitment services to all levels of management. You will continuously assess Talent Acquisition approaches and strategies to ensure optimum return on investment from a cost basis, but more importantly, to superior quality of hires. This includes implementation and measurement of sourcing and external branding strategies such as competitive intelligence, networking, college recruitment, internet sourcing, events, advertising, employee referrals and community outreach. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also manage Targeted Selection to ensure a rigorous interview process and placement of qualified and motivated candidates. Your coaching skills are critical to ensure the success of all recruiting efforts within this channel. Other responsibilities include managing a recruiting budget and ensuring that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures, researching and implementing best practices in client groups and contribution to overall T- Mobile HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: 30% travel may be required. This important position requires an experienced, dynamic and results-oriented HR professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. The selected candidate must have a sense of urgency in their day to day activities A proven expertise in managing the recruitment lifecycle, particularly the sourcing and closing of candidates. Experience must include creating targeted recruiting strategies, developing and analyzing recruiting metrics; and aligning HR and recruiting strategies with the overall business strategies. Strong skills in client relationship building, Account Management, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications are required. Minimum 5+ years experience in recruiting in a fast- paced corporate environment with a proven track record. Must be very proficient using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio as well as various ATS systems. Expertise in internet sourcing methodologies preferred. Excellent communication, presentation skills, and have project management experience.
