Location: US-CA-Los Angeles Requisition ID:  REQ56076190 (Post ID:67883175) Job Level:  Experienced (Non-Manager)ROLE NAME: Regional Field Marketing - SouthWest RegionPurpose of Role (i.e. why it exists) · The role exists to manage and execute strategic marketing plans in support of Nortel’s revenue targets within a particular sales region. This role is cross functional and requires superior coordination across Nortel Sales, Nortel channel partners and a number of Nortel marketing functions including Channel Marketing, Channel Strategy, Channel Management and Product Marketing Key Responsibility Areas:· Participate in Joint Account Planning with regional sales team to determine customer opportunities and marketing initiatives that can effectively drive growth.  · Coordinate and execute strategic marketing campaign in a targeted metro within the region with sales team to achieve revenue and ROI targets.  o  Joint planning with local branch and targeted channel partners o  Develop partner specific initiatives that tie into the campaign using Marketing Allowance Fundso  Drive direct marketing activities including direct mail, email, events and on-line tactics to reach business and technical decision-makers.o  Provide monthly reports tracking revenue growth on each tactic based on the revenue target for those tactics· Launch North American integrated marketing campaigns within the region o  Ensure Account Managers and SE’s are trained on campaign tactics and toolso  Set lead, opportunity, and revenue targets.  Adjust tactics to meet revenue plan.· Educate Field Channel Managers on existing cross-channel campaigns, events and tools for them to support their channel partners.  Leverage marketing funds to drive marketing initiatives with partners.· Provide regional sales and customer input into other marketing teams including Channel Strategy, Channel Management and Product MarketingTravel Required:  Minimal travel Position Type:  Full Time, Employee Relocation assistance:  None,  Homebase Eligible:  NO Shift:  Day/First Shift Business Unit:  Marketing
