Title: Remote Call Center Sales Professional

  Manager/Supervisor: Call Center Manager 

Position: W-9 IndependentContractor

 

General Summary:

 

The person in this position is responsible for contacting existing AT&T customers to assist them in the renewal process and paperwork for existing AT&T business products.  Representative will work with customers and internal divisions to complete the renewal process.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Contact existing AT&T customers throughout U.S. to assist with contract renewal process for all products.

 

Contact Method –

 

§ 90% Telephone Contact

§ 5 % Internet

§ 5% Fax

 

Excellent organizational skills required and ability to work without extensive supervision.

High integrity, strong work ethic, discipline, and methodical approach to success are qualities possessed by successful associates.

 

Job Specifications/Experience:

 

+5 years telecom and sales experience required.

Knowledge of most or all of the following products:  Centrex, ISDN, PRIs, DS1s, DS3s, DSL/Internet Access (DIA/MIS/MPLS), PNT, and Voice over IP (VoIP, HIPCS, IP Flex Reach).

Experience and knowledge of Ameritech, SBC, BellSouth or AT&T systems and/or processes a plus.

Experience with an AT&T Solutions Provider helpful, but not required.

 

Working Conditions:

 

This is a commission-only position.

Candidate will work as a contractor from their own home office.

Position offers a high commission and sales objective overrides.

High Speed Internet access and USB Headset required.
