Reporting Analyst III

M-F 8 am to 5 pm.

This individual will be working in Needham, MA and attend meetings in Manchester, NH.
- Design and generate routine and ad hoc management reports.
- Process routine Division-wide reports by extracting data from the financial and operational databases.
- Prepare periodic management reports and track key operational performance metrics including trend and ratio analysis.
- Meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
- Write and develop ad hoc queries per end user specifications and ensure these requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support Division and Region teams on reporting methodologies, applications and tools.
- Partner with Division and Region employees to design and build reports that will enable the organization to make data-enabled decisions.
- Working in Needham, MA and Manchester, NH.
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College/University graduate with 3 or more years of experience in data analysis and reporting or has equivalency of work experience.
Proven experience with using wide array of computers systems and software including tools, office, and productivity.
1-3 years experience consulting, developing and implementing support applications and tools.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications with the ability to extract and consolidate data from multiple sources into unified reports. Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Oracle, SQL and VB knowledge.
Established organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in ICOMS or ACSR/CSG billing systems.
