This position will be located at our Englewood, Colorado office. The Lead Reporting Analyst takes a lead role in providing timely and accurate performance data and reporting from systems such as: STMS, CSG, SAP, and Siebel to measure and drive performance for our Outsourced Call Center Management team. Duties include, but are not limited to:Takes a leadership role in collaborating with VP of Outsourced Call Center Operations and DIRECTV management to make recommendations based on reporting information. Generates a variety of recurring daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel, Vantage, Access, and Siebel. Develops and maintains detailed policy and procedure documentation for all processes; works with team to maintain cross functionality. Maintains individual responsibility checklist for daily tracking of processes. Interacts with all business partners as necessary and attends meetings on behalf of the VP and other management staff. Creates processes in Excel, Access, or appropriate application to fulfill new data or report requests, this includes working with customer to define requirements, timing, distribution and could include working with IT or Customer Care Reporting team to modify or develop production processes to provide data in the most efficient manner. Develops and maintains workflow/workforce management applications for internal business partners to automate processing, provide individual performance reporting, and archive departmental activity. Maintains and modifies existing database tables, queries, and macros to support changes in the business, like the addition of a new service provider, business process changes, and short term operational changes. Responds to “ad hoc” requests. Supports customer needs in non-traditional hours of operation environment. Continuously reviews current processes and tools to ensure maximum efficiency. Conducts analysis of data and provides information to management in clear concise format and ability to compile executive level presentations. Other duties as assigned.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; six or more years experience in analyzing data, developing numerical and graphical reporting, and designing and managing complex, multi-user databases. Must have in-depth knowledge of the Digital Broadcast Systems (DBS) Satellite industry. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Access, Visual Basic, Excel (must be able to perform macros) and strong knowledge of SQL language in order to design and implement reporting processes and data repositories. Must have applied knowledge of business reporting principles, strong knowledge of business measurement theories and tools, and excellent analytical skills. Proven organizational, analytical, and planning abilities required. Must have in-depth working knowledge of various business systems, Siebel Analytics required. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization, multiple cross-functional groups and diverse personalities. Must have excellent presentation skills and be able to facilitate meetings. Must be able to work in a team environment. May require up to 25% domestic travel and the ability to expense travel costs prior to reimbursement. Local Candidates Preferred.
