Reporting Analyst - National Reporting & Revenue Assurance

The National Reporting and Revenue Assurance team is responsible for reporting & analysis of Comcast's Video, Internet, Voice, and Wireless products within the Marketing and Product Development organization, including finance, operations, and sales.

The Reporting Analyst’s functions include providing reporting & analysis services to end users in the business units of the Marketing & Product Development organization within Comcast. This role works closely with finance, operations, and sales to define business and technical requirements and leverage enterprise-level reporting tools to develop reporting solutions and audits

Functions/Responsibilities:
• Work with business owners in defining requirements, developing and implementing reports, and supporting ongoing maintenance
• Work with data integrity team to insure data accuracy
• Develop reporting packages using SQL, Microsoft Reporting Services, Excel and Microsoft Scorecard Manager
• Integrate data from multiple external sources into unified reports
• Work with business partners to define and implement data audits across multiple systems
• Support testing and validation of reporting systems

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems or Computer Science preferred. (Equivalent self-study and directly-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.)

Job Skills:
• 2 years experience using tools to extract data points across systems
• 2 years experience with Microsoft Reporting Services or Brio, or other enterprise-level reporting tools required.
• 2 years experience with SQL Server and Oracle.
• High-level of proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects
• Data warehouse or Microsoft Analysis Services experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
