Effectively multi-task to achieve established productivity and accuracy metrics. Take incoming calls from residential customers involving billing, bill payment, and toll inquiries; process requests for new or changed service, associated rates, etc. Identify customer needs and offer solutions using complete telecommunications product line; encourage customer to ‘bundle’ products (i.e. local phone service, wireless, high-speed internet, etc.) Negotiate service commitment with customer based on available facilities and/or technicians. Secures facilities when necessary and follows up with customer to assure order completion and satisfaction. Accesses computer information systems as needed to generate orders, resolve line and number assignment or translation issues, dispatch technicians or adjust billing. May be required to cross train others. Requirements: Demonstrated success in customer contact position; preferably in a Call Center environment Demonstrated success in a competitive sales environment Satisfactory attendance in previous positions Exhibits a high level of leadership and problem solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of PC application and internet  Successful completion of classroom training will be required Available to work shifts that fall between 7am – 7pm Monday thru Saturday Available to work overtime when necessary Position Information: $12 per hour + commission Benefits provide upon hire Work Location: Norwood, OH Business Casual Attire Send your resume to: Stephen.Walker@cinbell.com  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, disability, place of birth, or marital status.
