Retail Sales Account Executive

Achieve or exceed territorial sales goals and objectives within the Huntsville and Florence areas.

- Own a store territory which may include National, Regional and local retail stores.

- Train retail stores management and sales personnel on Comcast high speed internet, video and Digital Voice services. Specifically train on Comcast retail processes, promotions and products.

- Develop, implement and communicate results on marketing programs and promotions.

- Maintenance of Point of Sale display and materials.

- Maintain relationships with regional, district and store management of indirect account base.

- Report on territories' sales performance and analyze growth performance.

- Know the competition and share with others.

- Implement table events and sell in stores

- Manage inventory in stores.

- Champion retail within the system with other work groups (i.e., call center, tech ops, marketing, etc.)

- Partner with local system to develop marketing programs and update serviceability databases.

- Resolve customer issues

- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.A. or B.S. Degree, preferably in Marketing and Sales preferred.

- Minimum 1 - 2 years sales experience.

- May be required to work non-business hours including weekends and evenings.

- 1-2 years experience dealing with retailers, both local and national.

- Strong knowledge of computers and the Internet (browsing, email, etc.)

- MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint

- Excellent oral and written communications skills.

- Must be a team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly (flexible with hours and duties).

- Ability to quickly make decisions independently.

- Territorial driving travel required.

- Reliable car
