 We pride ourselves in offering an extensive training program. Our employees are offered a lucrative salary plus commission plan that ranges from $40,000 and up for management and $30,000 and up for sales. Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, health insurance, and 401K, along with many other incentives.

Minimum Requirements:

·         Willingness to work retail hours

 

·         Willing to adapt to a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

 

·         Outgoing personality

 

·         Proven reliability

 

·         Strong communication skills

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Follow sales training program

 

·         Attain personal and store sales goals

 

·         Demonstrate equipment and service function

 

·         Provide Training and Leadership to all employees

 

·         Ensure completion of all Store Operations including but not limited to inventory, merchandising, and contract accuracy.
