Retail Sales/ Wireless Consultant -South Orlando
We are currently seeking a professional, career-minded, full time Wireless Consultant to work in our Orlando, FL store location. Wireless Consultants will be required to meet or exceed service and sales objectives by providing world-class service to store patrons, selling products and services to current consumers, and actively soliciting new customers through inside sales, outside events, and outbound marketing efforts.
Position Description:
The Retail Wireless Consultant position with Direct Wireless has the following responsibilities:
Meet or exceed area sales objectives by focusing on Phone sales, accessory sales, features, and providing excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain ownership mentality and accept accountability for performance
Execute marketing plans that may include outside events, outbound marketing, and inside sales opportunities.
Provide consistent excellent customer service by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality, and professionalism; maintain strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.
In addition, you will handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders; managing a cash drawer; maintaining store appearance including store opening and closing procedures.
Position Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives;
Well developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Sales representatives must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
