The CSI Companies are currently accepting applications for Inbound Retention Call Center Representatives for a Top Telecommunications Company in the East Tampa Area. (zip code 33637) If you’re looking to get a foot in the door at a Top Telecommunications Company, then please apply. The positions we currently have available are full time, Right to Hire Positions as well as a Long Term Temporary position. (Benefits are available through CSI if needed).    Requirements:   2 years or more Call Center Experience. Retention Experience Cross-Up Selling Experience on new products. Inbound Customer Service Experience. Stability on Resume (held only 1 job per year). Flexible schedule for work. Note: 6 jobs available. Hours: 8-9 M-Friday. Occasional 8-5 Saturdays must be open to both Pay Rate:  $10.00-$12.00/hour. Possible Pay increase for Bilingual representatives.   ** 10 year Background Check is standard.
