Responsibilities and duties:

 

The principal function of an employee in this class is to identify and implement polices and procedures designed to reduce the exposure operations risk. The work is performed under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Human Resources, but extensive leeway is granted for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative. Supervision is exercised over the work performed requires that an employee in this class establish and maintain effective working relationships with other nsoro, llc. employees, business, and community organizations and the public. The principal duties of this class are performed in a general office environment, but work duties require visiting work sites throughout nsoro, llc.

 Supervises, directs and coordinates nsoro Risk Management section by prioritizing work, training and supervising staff and administering section budget.Indentifies and analyzes loss exposures and develops implements and administers treatment and plans to minimize liability and asset losses and prepare for those loses as they occur.Plans, develops and coordinates and evaluates the operational process and functions of nsoro, llc Risk Management programSupervises nsoro, llc. Self- insured property and casualty insurance programs.Enforcement of EEO, FMLA, OSHA, title polices in compliance with Federal Department of Labor guidelines.

 

Qualifications:Field related bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.Strong consultative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (verbal and written) skills. Successful candidates will be high energy, a strong decision maker, and have the interpersonal skills necessary to complete the job ensuring construction is complete accurately per client specs, and in a timely manner.Proficiency with Word, Excel, MS Project.
