Work as part of an integrated team to develop and support work that includes other functions as well as the Site Development group. Develops and coordinates technical educational and training programs for Ericsson personnel relative to telecommunications. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organization. Develop lessons learned documentation. Develops required project documentation identifying project goals and tasks and generating assignments consistent to meet objectives. Assist Business Development Department during the Request for Proposal process and contract development. Interpret contracts, communicate scope of work and develop schedule forecast, staffing plan, budget and project execution plan. Confer with project personnel to provide assistance, and resolve related problems within the sphere of the position. Assist with recruiting and training of project staff and contract resources. Coach employees for improved performance. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate Other duties may be assigned. Position Requirements: 9+ years of experience in wireless site development project management, with demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large complex wireless site development projects, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. Thorough understanding and experience completing both new build and site modification projects for wireless sites. Expert understanding of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Discipline (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk Management, Procurement) Excellent technical understanding and project experience with site construction, network deployment and integration of wireless systems. Have strong technical writing skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables. Well-developed leadership skills in a matrix organization structure. Good presentation skills including written & verbal. Strong analytical skills ability to interpret complex data and distill into useful and actionable information. Ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience. Strong computer background, MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, AutoCAD Lt.) A four year degree or equivalent experience (7+ years of related experience/training) Must have a solid understanding of the PMI / PMBOK Methodology.
