On the Sales team, our primary and most critical focus is to stand for our customers success by matching the needs of our customers with over 30,000 wireless products, over 350 world class manufacturers and logistics capabilities.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will serve as an integral part of our dynamic company whose environment is the rapidly growing world of wireless technology - and you will work both independently and strategically amongst your fellow team members to provide customers with the critical products, services and solutions they need to design, build, run, maintain and use everything wireless.
Required SkillsOur high-performance sales teams strive to increase customer satisfaction, foster enduring relationships with their customers, and continuously strive to cause our customers' success, TESSCO is flexible and open to new and innovative ways to close a deal, but we expect our diverse Sales team to be comprised of passionate, driven, responsive, and entrepreneurial self-starters who are able to capitalize on their skills to take ownership of their accounts and ultimately make a sale - whether through research, perseverance, experience or street smarts.Required Experience
* Proven track record of sales success in commercial sales (enterprise, industrial, manufacturing accounts)
* Develop and maintain an existing portfolio through relationship management. Keys are expanding the product base and driving new revenue opportunities.
* Analyze purchasing patterns and inform clients on industry trends
* An articulate, persuasive and influential communicator with excellent negotiation skills and an ability to implement strategies
* Demonstrate confidence, practical intelligence and an accountability for growing new buyers and hitting revenue targets
* Demonstrate a strategic selling approach by identifying key decision makers for various product areas, while successfully positioning and communicating a value proposition.
