The Sprint/Nextel Call Center located in Hampton, Virginia houses the following employees.

The Accounts Services Representative is responsible for saving and retaining customers requesting to disconnect service.  Representatives will interface with our Sales, Network and Customer Operations market contacts to resolve the customer’s account and product issues if necessary.  The Accounts Services Representative is responsible to identify, resolve, and follow-up on all open issues.Requirements: 6 months sales in quota driven environment.

The Customer Lifecycle Representatives is responsible for handling escalated customer issues and proactive retention initiatives, providing advance support as well as securing contract extensions and selling additional services to the customers. Lifecycle representatives will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex and challenging issues. This position involves both inbound and outbound calling, and includes monthly performance objectives that must be met. Requirements: 6 months sales in a quota driven environment.
