Wireless America is an exclusive Preferred Partner with Sprint Nextel Communications; the Nation's leading provider of integrated wireless communications with the country's largest guaranteed all-digital wireless network and coast-to-coast walkie-talkie.  We specialize in multi-line business customers that require a high level of ongoing customer service and produce ongoing revenue.  Our corporate office is located at 1705 W Northwest Hwy Ste 250 in Grapevine TX and we support satellite sales agents in metro areas throughout Texas and Oklahoma.  We are currently expanding our inside / outside sales force, as well as our prospecting team and have multiple positions available.

Overview: Inside / Outside Account Manager

We are looking for Sales Professionals!  This individual will realize that in today's environment, businesses can get cellular from  dozens of outlets, however there are very few Business Development Professionals who can and are identifying data applications, using these wireless products.  Wireless Data is the future.  The transfer & management of information in the field is what sets companies apart from their competition.  Whether it's a local pest control company with 5 trucks or the large A/C company with 100 technicians, they need to know where their employees and assets are, what they are doing, how long it takes them... The data product suite from Nextel together with Sprint is the ideal business solution.

Can you prospect to these companies?  Are you astute enough to identify data products that will enhance their operations?  Can you communicate with them in a business environment?  Can you close the deal?  Do you want to earn LARGE commissions? If so, read on:

Our financial package is flexible but is guaranteed to be among the highest compensation plans in this industry.  We expect the successful candidates to be used to making mid to high 5 figure income, but want to make SIX FIGURE income, based on performance.  We provide a competitive starting base salary / draw, with uncapped commission potential.

Position Details:

Business to Business inside / outside sales.  Proactively seeking new customers by daily cold calling for new accounts and networking with existing customers.  Opportunity to supplement prospecting with our in-house telemarketing team leads.  Excellent in house training program as well as corporate training provided by Sprint Nextel.

Qualifications:

B2B outside sales experience preferred.  Self-starter, aggressive hunter mentality and able to work independently a must.  Good interpersonal and telephone communication skills.  Highly motivated to call prospective clients.  Commitment to integrity and excellence.  Outgoing, reliable and upbeat.Consumer relation skills and negotiating abilities.  Organized, flexible, goal oriented, and results driven.  Vehicle and valid drivers license.
