Salee Coordinator

Co-Caller that is interested in leading a small company to a nationwide powerhouse.  Someone that is self-motivated and well disciplined.  Someone that is willing to work and also is able to adapt and be flexible.  Must be a self starter!
Responsibilites Include:


1. Call existing Customers every 60 days to check in and inform them of new products and solutions

2. Call new prospects

3. Schedule and make follow up calls and tasks

4. Set appointments for outside sales reps

5. Prepare sales kits for appointments

6. Manage Customer database (ACT)

7. Sales support

8. Log all customer transactions:

· Research # of handhelds on business accounts

· Verify Contact Information and gather emails

· Clean file of unnecessary paperwork

9. Load customer information when they call in for sales

10. Load customer information into act from our retail, sales support, and sales processes

11. Follow up on sales presentations and calls

12.  Assist Customers with questions

13. Prepare mailings and customized collateral packages as needed from a call

14. Create and manage opportunities in Act
