If it's yours as well, apply right away.Reponsibilities:Provide leadership to and have complete accountability for sold revenue, billed revenue and customer service for the Mid Atlantic Business Partnership Channel (BPC).  Oversees field sales managers, center manager and operations manager.  Meet/exceed  annual sold revenue objective.  Functional head of regional BPC leading and overseeing all sales activities against an annual quota for sold revenue.  Responsible for creating and sustaining short and long-term visions for the organization aligned with company policy, corporate strategies and fiscal responsibilities, all having a significant BSG-wide impact (Business Solutions Group).  Teams include multiple manager teams comprised of quota-carrying professionals and operational support (ranging in overall team size of approximately 200 employees.  Diverse sales functions include Direct & Relationship Sales and Business Development and for complex set of products (enhanced voice, video, data, broadband, CPE) for BPC customers. Sales coverage areas focus on multiple metropolitan statistical areas.  Responsible for executing the corporate strategies and directing the business to attain objectives in revenue, quality, customer service and team performance.  Oversees, provides leadership to and makes all final decisions around management of organizational expense and all employee-related matters involved with an organization of approximately 200 management and associate employees directly, and an annual operating expense budget. Partners with Human Resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and diverse qualified talent is recruited and hired. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of applicable, Proven strategic leadership skills managing a large team in Sales and/or Marketing at manager or director level.  Proven results attainment.  Advanced verbal and written communication skills. Master's degree or equivalent work experience. Desired Skills & Experience: Knowledge of Marketing strategies, BSG product lineThank you for showing an interest in Verizon!
