Sales Manager, Accessories

Generate revenue and profit through direct and indirect selling of LG accessory products. Manage assigned accounts by creating and maintaining relationships with customer personnel to generate sales and increase product awareness. Act as contact for customers.

Manage assigned territory by developing and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with all channels of distribution: customer service reps, sales reps, store managers, business account reps, sales directors, and senior management by visiting and making sales calls. Establishes/maintains relationships with buyers and merchandizing managers within customer organization.
Plans, organizes and coordinates assigned accounts to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals. This includes providing periodic/timely updates to management on progress toward execution of account plans.

Manage customer service and purchase orders for assigned carrier and territory. Resolve issues and provide timely resolution. Process purchase orders from customers and confirms with product availability and delivery schedule information. Provide technical application assistance.

Develop, present and implement customer account promotional programs (includes packing requirements). Obtain critical information regarding customer and customer�s competitors to aid in the sales, marketing and R&D of current and future LG products.

Works with buyers on rolling order forecast and identifies inventory risks with end-of-life products.

Discovers/understands customers primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements, and aligns/applies LG accessory products to meet customers business goals.

Develops/maintains thorough knowledge of industry structure, applications, terminology, trends, and issues.

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
Minimum Experience: 4 years experience.
Preferred Experience: 6+ years experience
Some travel required.
