We are looking for Sales Manager in Dallas. The details of job requirement is given below :

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

·  The successful candidates will be involved in managing and closing business by providing software products and services to the telecom equipment manufacturers in the area defined.

·  Researching, establishing, building and maintaining relationships with prospects & customers

·  Response to leads generated, selling to potential customers in the target area, including telecom companies such as large equipment vendors, software organizations and system integrators.

·  Presenting ARICENT capabilities to VP engineering and CTO level

·  Responsible for negotiating and closing deals with variable values in consultation with Regional Manager

·  Working to aggressive quarterly targets

·  Personal sales target of 10-15M

Key Skills and Experience Required:

 

·  Excellent track record and superior experience in either :-

·  Sales Management in a Telecom Equipment Vendor with wireless / IP telephony, datacom (e.g. Trillium, 3COM, Ericsson, Alcatel, Cisco, Avici) selling to potential OEMs (e.g. Lucent, Motorolla etc.) and maybe service providers.

·  R&D or Product management in the above, having sales flair looking to get into sales

·  Sales Management in a Software Organisation (e.g. Baan, SAP, Oracle) involving long lead sales cycle and selling into the telecom OEM sector in the relevant sales territory.

·  Proven deal closing record and background in new business and proven sales lifecycle experience.

·  Minimum of  8-10years sales exp in the above,

·  Experience of selling Software Solutions and Services to telecom companies such as large equipment vendors, software organizations.

·  Ideally strong knowledge / training in sales methodology, process and techniques.

·  Excellent commercial and business acumen

·  Strong relationship building skills, with a background in building strong relationships and a strong communicator.

·  Should bring a network of contacts from the industry (OEMs)

·  Self motivated and able to work alone independently and meet aggressive quarterly targets.

·  Proven experience of selling complex solutions with no confusion to client - strong communication skills
