Sales Recruiter

The Sales Recruiter will be aligned with our Commercial Sales Department and together, with the Sales leadership team, will help build a solid recruitment approach that drives success in meeting the Organization’s objectives.  This position will build strong partnerships with the Commercial Sales force to understand the business and positions they seek to fill. Based on your partnership with the hiring leaders, you will seek out the top talent to match the requirements for the position. The scope of this position will support openings throughout Cavalier.  Some travel is required. Successful candidates for this position will have 2 to 3 years experience as a recruiter, preferably with in a sales environment. Experience in a recruitment environment where you were called upon to actively seek out and identify candidates through networking, Internet sourcing and creative avenues is a plus. You should understand how to gain market intelligence in order to tap into top talent. This fast paced environment requires experience with multiple sourcing channels, strong communication and self-management skills with a focus on results & customer service. You should be comfortable using Internet databases. 4-year degree in Business or Human Resources is preferred but not required.
