Sales Representative, Kiosk Managers & Territory Managers Required!!!
We are currently looking for Retail Sales Reps, Kiosk Managers & Territory Managers for a telecom client. You would be responsible for selling Wireless, Internet products and mainly Fiber Optics.
Retail Sales Associates - (3 positions)- Selling Telecom/internet products and services. Deliver exceptional customer experience that will position the client as the market lead. Meet and exceed sales quota for telecom products and services. Generate business by directing customers to the kiosk and capitalize on opportunities by effectively qualifying and positioning products. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns. Must be flexible to work nights and weekends- may be asked to work other local Kiosk locations. Must be able to sell with passion and conviction! Will be base pay + incentive bonus.
Contract till: 12/08
Pay Rate: $11-12 per hr + incentives
Kiosk Manager - (1 position) - Will report to Territory Mgr: Wayne NJ area, Lead kiosk in sales of Telecom products and services. Drive both individual and team sales performance results by pro actively implementing sales techniques and sharing with the team. Develop, train, motivate, and coach sales team on daily/weekly/monthly basis. Deliver exceptional customer experience that will position the client as the market lead. Must be flexible to work days/evening weekends. Base pay + incentive Bonus.

Pay Rate: $14 per hr + incentives
Territory Manager - (2 positions) - Lead assigned territory to achieve sales goals in direct retail locations in NJ. Responsible for sales goals for FIOS Kiosks, Work closely with vendor management to coach and train employees on selling skills, product knowledge, and employee behaviors. Inspect sales process and productivity for territory and by location. Interact with team to provide feedback, updates, and best practices. Prefer prior retail sales experience in a supervisory or managing capacity. Must be flexible, must be able to work weekends, day/night- Kiosks are open 365 days/yr. responsible for sales results and providing this data to Executive Mgmt, analyzing sales data to see strengths and weaknesses lie.
Contract till: 12/08
Pay Rate: $18-20 per hr + incentives
