Sales Support Rep 3

MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)

* Manage escalated customer issues(track, follow-up, keep summary reports)
* Field calls from customers (get pertinent information and key orders)
* Support sales team with special projects.
* Conduct research and prepare reports which require an understanding of departmental programs, policies and procedures Determine format and compile data, and arrange diversified material for presentation of reports, weekly and monthly activity.
* Organize and maintain office files and record system manual and/or electronic, assure controlled access to confidential materials.
* Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
* May perform complex data entry and research functions to complete weekly commission for internal sales teams and external contractors.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. AA degree preferred.

* 2 years administrative experience
* Experience with payroll preferred
* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Microsoft Excel, Access & Outlook
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Solid situational/problem resolution skills
* Strong discretionary skills
* Highly detail oriented
