Sales Support Specialist

2sms sells text messaging services to business customers.

Job Purpose:
Provides pre and post-sale customer support by delivering product information  and demonstrations, responding to customer requests by phone, email or web site.


Duties:
* Report to the Chief Operating Officer.

* Contributes to sales team effort by delivering sales presentations and demonstrations using online webinar tools. (Training provided.)

* Supports remote working sales teams by providing office based support and assistance, including working on customer accounts.

* Works the Customer Relationship Management system to work on calls due to existing customers and warm sales prospects to build relationships with customers.

* Undergo training to learn the technical aspect of the product.
