Sales Support Specialist I/II
Sales Support Specialist I/II Position Summary: Provide assistance to the sales function by verifying order information is correct and reflects the service requested by the customer and ensuring order is accurately and timely input in order management system to ensure a positive customer experience upon installation. Develop skills and experience to support customers, multiple Account Executives, and Sales Management for field offices. Perform data entry of customer orders and various other clerical duties. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or the equivalent in education, training and experience. Demonstrated experience (2 years) in telecommunications, network administration or information technology, which demonstrates knowledge of WAN data systems (routers, ISDN, frame relay and T1), voice services (Lucent & NEC PBX Key systems, trunking, OPX lines) and LAN services (NT, netware, ethernet, wiring). Training or experience with Internet services and Intranet design and implementation. Limited experience with dial infrastructures and Virtual Private Networks. Demonstrated project management, teamwork and organization skills. Requires detail orientation and effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
