Sales Training Manager
iPCS provides Sprint wireless service to mid-sized cities and rural areas in eight states, from New York to Nebraska. Headquartered in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, iPCS has over 500 employees who are located throughout their territory. We currently have an opening for a Sales Training Manager in Schaumburg, IL.
Responsibilities include:
• Support and coach retail, indirect and B2B sales leaders and associates
• Design and develop sales training curriculum
• Facilitate sales training programs
• Work with marketing and sales to analyze training needs
• Evaluate and report training outcomes and R.O.I.
• Work with sales and training leadership to identify sales competencies
• Support and maintain the Sales Certification Program
• Work closely with Sprint and vendors to identify programs to implement Candidates must have:
• Experience in designing, developing and delivering sales curriculum
• 5+ years sales experience
• Working knowledge of various training methodologies and adult learning theory
• Must be willing to travel 80+% of the time throughout the iPCS territory
• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels of an organization
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• College Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
