We are in need of top sales talent to join our successful team. Our fast growing Quincy, Massachusetts based company is expanding our New York City sales team. You will be the driving force in securing new business and growing sales for our NYC division.
Key Responsibilities Include:Prospecting, cold calling and selling our products and services to large multi location national companies Build and maintain a sales funnel Communicate and demonstrate the features and values of our business Identify prospect needs and develop action plans and proposals Work with the Project Management and Sales Engineer teams team to create RFP’s Close the deal, maintain positive client relationships and create additional revenue opportunities
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills:Strong prospecting, selling and closing skills Must be able to demonstrate business to business sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment Demonstrated record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent relationship building and management skills Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through closing Proven experience selling to multiple decision makers at the C, director and senior executive level
Pay and Benefits:
This is a full time, permanent position. Compensation includes base plus an uncapped commission structure. Medical, Dental and Life Insurance benefits: eligible after the first 60 days of employment. Other competitive benefits include Vacation, Paid Holidays, company matched 401K, contests for Celtics and Red Sox tickets, Annual Presidents Club trip etc.
