Senior Claims Analyst

Sr. Claims Analyst verifies the accuracy of wholesale invoices across all product lines Local, Long Distance, VoIP and Internet. The Analyst interprets contracts, tariffs and service orders to validate charges assessed on vendor invoices. The Analyst generates applicable disputes and processes vendor invoices for payment.

Successful candidates will:

Protect the assets of the company by ensuring that invoiced amounts billed to ACN are valid.

Ensure timely payment of all wholesale invoices billed to ACN.

Establish and build effective relationships with ACNs vendors and outsourcing partners.

Identifies opportunities to reduce costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience

Experience with MS Excel and Access

Telecommunications experience preferred

Well organized, dependable and strong work ethic

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
