Senior Client Support Representative
ReCellular is the world’s largest electronics sustainability company. We are at the cutting edge of the growing e-waste challenge, providing innovative solutions to the largest manufacturers and retailers of cell phones and other electronics. We are currently seeking a Senior Client Support Representative to provide client and administrative support to ReCellular’s Wireless, Retail and Enterprise Account Teams and clients.
The position’s primary objectives include ensuring client satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support to the Wireless, Retail and Enterprise client segments. Position objectives also include achieving and exceeding quality metrics by completing administrative tasks and reports accurately and on a timely basis. The position is responsible for resolving customer issues to their satisfaction and proactively monitoring client requirements to ensure expectations are met and/or exceeded. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to process a high volume of transactions (phone call, emails, etc.) on a daily basis.
Candidates must have strong customer orientation skills and the ability to build and expand vendor and customer relationships. Candidates should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must have solid organizational and time management skills, the ability to work independently and a disciplined work approach. The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations is also a must. Candidates should have a proven track record of quickly responding to, investigating and resolving client/customer issues. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) is required and knowledge of Great Plains and CRM is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a high profile customer support role is required. High School Diploma is required; Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred.
