Senior Credit & Collections Systems Analyst

Sr. Credit & Collections Systems Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the day to day Credit processes work as programmed. This position is also responsible for the collections of Carrier Access Billing and monitoring the ACN system to ensure that all accounts progress through the various billing statuses to ensure account statuses within the system are correct

Successful candidates will:

Responsible for ensuring that all ACN Collection processes are in compliance with the FDCPA Act.

Monitor the Billing and Provisioning systems to ensure the accuracy of ACN's Collection processes.

Responsible for the collections of carriers as this relates to Carrier Access Billing

Interfaces with all ACN entities to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and maintains data consistency and integrity related to ACN's Collection policies

Actively perform the month end closing processes for the Credit and Collections department

Ensure that ACN Collection practices adhere to the PUC guidelines

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the automated collections systems in order to ensure systems function as programmed


Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred, however experience will be considered

At least 3 years experience of Billing Systems and Provisioning System

At least 1 years experience with Carrier Access Billing preferably with collections

SQL & Access experience required

Solid computer skills with working in a Windows-based environment
