Senior Developer

Innovates, Analyzes, designs, prototypes, programs, debugs and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, or Internet-related computer programs. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications. Using programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications. May lead teams across a number of complex systems to accomplish undefined tasks on a planned and adhoc basis. Lead cross functional teams thru design and development on an assigned task crossing multiple applications. Leads design and code reviews and prosecute issues across towers prior to implementation and takes appropriate steps to notify and correct where possible any issues. Champions new technologies and processes that strengthen the people, process and products. Leads design and development of business process reuse as well as patterns across various applications. Frequently is utilized across tower for various development issues. Is a recognized leader of development services across IT and is generally well known through publication, patents or copyrights from both within and outside the company. Produces designs and codes at a typically higher pace with far fewer issues than peer developers as actually measured by testing and production issues within the realm of unit, regression, and performance testing. Is a recognized leader in code optimization across multiple systems and languages. Responsible for the full life cycle development of solutions for the IT Innovation and Prototype team. Seasoned/expert WEB, Coldfusion, JAVA, .NET developer, WPF, XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Flash, Flex, WEB Services, SQL & Oracle DB development experience.

Required Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: 5+ years experience on the following technologies; HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX/WEB 2.0 technologies, OOP, extreme/RAD programming techniques, design patterns, solution architecting, WEB technologies, multi-tiered architecture, SQL language, stored procedures, UNIX, windows XP/2003 Server, CVS and profiling tools. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task with limited supervision. Effective interpersonal skills to meet team and customer dynamics.

Desired Degrees/Majors/Accreditations/Skills: 3+ years Oracle. 3+ years .NET C#, XMAL, WPF, Visual Studio, SQL server DB, SQL Reporting Services. 3+ years Java, Coldfusion, Flash, Flex, Eclipse IDE, Weblogic.
