Senior Manager-IT

Aricent is looking for Senior Manager for IT department.

 

This position will influence and help establish application strategies around Finance Systems by gathering inputs from business counterparts and provide functional and application expertise. The role will entail understanding the business requirements from finance, prioritizing these requirements, preparation of business cases for approvals from the Stakeholders / Sponsors, setting up project teams drawing from the development & support organization, planning, implementation of project control mechanisms, monitoring, and status reporting through the project lifecycle from kickoff to rollout. Further, this position is responsible for establishing solution management goals and driving all appropriate activities. Such goals and activities include, but are not limited to solution road mapping, change request management, implementation, support level definition, appropriate support activities, and system integrity.

 

Key Skills and Experience Required:

 

5+ years of Application implementation with a functional focus in financial systems. Knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a must. Knowledge of Business Consolidation/Intelligence applications such as Hyperion highly desirable. The person should also have worked in the finance function for 2-3 years and familiar with Business Planning, Budgeting, Business Performance management, Profit/Cost Center Accounting, GL, Fixed Asset management with expertise in one or more sub functions.
