Senior Manager, Sales Ops Retail Concept Stores Position Purpose As a member of the Concept Development Team this person will be part of a team developing and executing programs that ensure that the concept store job descriptions, sales programs, coaching & training programs, store day management and other operations initiatives are honed and ready to scale to the broader retail organization. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Create Retail Operations foundation in our Concept locations with our front line employees by identifying opportunities, driving solutions, and implementing tactics that translate to operational excellence and world class customer experience in Retail. Lead programs that inspire sales and operational excellence in our concept stores, in part through sharing best practices and supporting human resource and training initiatives Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional partners and Retail leaders to collaboratively implement programs to enhance the customer experience. Position Requirements Functional/Technical Skills: Ability to translate complex business strategies into solid implementation plans that drive results Possesses advanced analytical and critical thinking skills Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional team skills Ability to identify and apply short-term and long-term business process solutions Must be a out of the box thinker who is able and willing to take risks Project planning and management skills Experience 3+ years experience in retail management with emphasis on operational excellence 3+ years experience retail operations in specialty and/or big box environments Must have multi-unit experience Experience launching and creating people related programs that improve the customer experience Experience in an operations role focusing on the back end processes of a retailer Successful track record of meeting specific business objectives and performance metrics in a role of responsibility Experience working for a retailer and launching a new concept, brand or point of distribution is preferred Education and Training Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience T-Mobile is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
