Senior Project Analyst

Duties will include: Overall responsibility for SLA operations, including Hands on Responsibilities for SLA program operations and deliverables SLA Data gathering process(twice a month) SLA Data rollup to summary files SLA External PM production Daily monitoring of SLA related events (outages, defects etc) Communication with teams /managers in regards to SLA issues Maintain/responsible for SLA templates, job aids and additional SLA related documents. Production of final SLA version to be sent to customer, ensuring accuracy, completeness and quality of data. Train, support and supervise team with SLA related tasks. Weekly update of SLA status to Executive dashboard  Group/SLA lead responsibilities including Supervisor responsibility for a small team will have direct reports and some part time matrix reports. Facilitate the assignment of tasks and responsibilities to members of the group Take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the group?s deliverables Prioritize tasks based on the group goals Assist group members in setting individual goals Evaluate group members, differentiate their performance, and provide feedback to them Participate in Talent Review Meetings for the PMO Team Develop group members by helping identify their skill gaps/needs and by coaching them toward their goalsRequirements:Required:o  Excellent verbal & written communication skillso  High proficiency in Excelo  Detail oriented, Accurateo  Committed to timely deliverableso  Understanding of O&WS development and business environment, ability to see the big pictureo  Interested in being part of a PMO teamo  Dependable, responsible and able to work independently with little supervision and direction.
