Job Title: Senior Quality Systems Engineer

Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested Senior Quality Systems Engineer which could be located in one of the following locations, Warren, NJ, Westerville, Ohio or Forest, VA.

 

Position summary:

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the WNS Business/Quality Management System and for ensuring compliance with all applicable ISO/TL standards

 

Essential functions:

Maintain the WNS Business Management System (BMS) and guide its implementation to support the business objectives. Develop and maintain the process library infrastructure that establishes the WNS framework necessary to direct all the other business units within WNS to ensure they have the proper process controls to link into their local process libraries

Oversee the ISO/TL compliance and coordinate the audit planning to ensure system wide compliance to established processes.  Responsible for obtaining ISO 9000 / TL 9000 registration and maintaining compliance through periodic audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Identify process gaps that impact business performance and work with the respective functional leaders to assess and resolve them. Drive process improvements through regular review and follow up on internal Corrective Action Requests, (CAR).

Provide support and oversight of the process training and application throughout WNS working with regional and functional primes on specific processes.

 

Qualifications:

- BS, or MS in Business or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical) discipline with 7+ years experience in process management including proven improvement implementation successes or other applicable professional experience.

- Intimate familiarity with ISO9000/TL9000 Quality Systems.

- Implementation experience highly desirable.

- Ability to develop and implement structured processes and procedures in a rapidly changing global environment

- Excellent decision-making and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Position can be located in Warren, NJ, Westerville, OH or Forest, VA.

 

Travel to other Andrew locations and customer sites as needed.
