Competencies:Good knowledge of engineering tools such as cell planning tools, drive test data collection/post-processing tools, and network performance statistics monitoring and analysis tools. Good knowledge of product and service portfolio, and competitive offerings.  Support the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals if requested. Heavy travel requirement including extended on-site project work required.Education:Bachelor’s of science or related degree and a minimum of three to five years of related experience, a Master’s degree and a minimum of two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
