As director of sales your primary mission will be to lead a team of Sr sales professionals execute an enterprise sales strategy targeting companies with mission critical websites and web applications.

Your experience developing and implementing consultative sales strategies that maximize revenue will make you indispensable, and your ability to handle forecasting and presentation delivery will dazzle both internal groups and external clients.

You will have ultimate responsibility for our continued sales success by filling out the team,  managing by the numbers and mentoring to providing them with the right sales tools. If you're looking for a fast paste high growth opportunity, look no further.


Job Responsibilities:  Sales strategy development, solution selling, closing skills,  sales forecasting, projections, sales processes,  recruiting,  telephone sales,  attain revenue goals, develop sales commission and incentive plans, conduct staff meetings.

 

Job Requirements:  7+ years in sales/marketing strategy or sales management, accountability for results, world class communication skills, strong MS Office skills – excel, PPT,  etc., advanced negotiation skills, analytical skills – ability to manage by the numbers.


Preferred:
• MBA from a qualified institution
• Management of a 7+ person sales team
• SaaS sales or other technical internet services experience (hosting, bandwidth)
