Senior Telecom Analyst

 

This is a full time position. The client is located in Dade County. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.  Candidates will be considered only if they have the combination of both Genesys and Avaya skills.

The primary objective of the Senior Telecom Analyst is the daily telephone system operations including installations, monitoring, trouble determination, evaluation and resolution of service.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• The successful candidate will provide technical and managerial direction to departments for telecommunication needs.
• Capability to monitor and control communications system performance is required. 
• You must have experience being the liaison with communications vendors during trouble determination, evaluation and resolution.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum three years related work experience with strong emphasis in traffic, engineering, equipment vendors and carriers.
• Minimum three years experience in troubleshooting logic and cabling installation/testing skills.
• Experience with AVAYA Systems equipment and products an advantage.
• Minimum three years experience working with Genesys.
• Minimum three years practical experience working with CTI.
• Minimum three years practical experience working with IVR.
