Service Center Rep/Floater

Work schedule - Mon, Tues, Thurs. Fri, 9AM-5:30PM, Sat. 8AM-4:30 PM
Job responsibilites include but are not limited to:Operating in accordance with Customer Care policies, procedures, workflows, and performance standards including cash accuracy metrics. Acts as primary point of customer contact for billing and general services for all Broadband product lines. Ensures quality service through accuracy and the commitment to first contact resolution. Processes all customer requests regarding Pay Per View programming, service changes and general broadband product inquiries. Initiates sales and retention services as an integral part of the quality customer care. Accurate input of customer payments/adjustments and exchange of customer premise equipment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilites
1. Assists customers in resolving complaints, interpreting their account statements, resolving billing issues, evaluating and escalating complex issues in a prompt and professional manner.
2. Approaches sales and retention as an integral and inseparable part of providing quality customer care by actively promoting and up-selling video products, as well as, providing lead generation support for all other Broadband product lines.
3. Efficiently communicates and processes all transactions related to Comcast Collections policies, including non-pay disconnects, restarts and credit card transactions as they relate to all product lines.
4. Educates the customer on features, benefits and use of all Comcast products and services.
5. Responds to and processes all general service requests, including changes to account data, product features and level of service.
6. Accurately inputs customer payments and exchanges customer premise equipment.
7. Meet proper cash procedures including prepare daily reconciliation and deposits, verification/ordering change, maintain armored car records, processing credit cards, etc.
8. Follow proper CPE procedures including ordering and reconciliation.
9. Acts as a subject matter expert on all issues involving billing Pay Per View and other service related matters.
10. Participates in special projects as assigned and is an active contributor to focus groups.

12. Covers other offices and shifts as determined by supervisor.
